Overview
These T&C shall remain in force concerning all information provided to ELC IELTS College at any given moment through any of our services either online or offline.
Training Services
The student’s responsibility alone is to assess if a course is fitting before enrolling. ELC IELTS College does not ensure that a course is right for someone’s career or educational needs.
It is permitted on condition. Any unacceptable behavior during course time will make you ineligible to join any other courses. ELC IELTS College management’s decision in this regard shall be final.
Free Wi-Fi facility is educational and only on training days. Lost training time due to holidays or emergencies will be regained over the weekends or any other days as are trainer and student free.
Recording of sessions in audio or video tape is not allowed. Photography by still camera, however, is allowed.
External services, work placement, and external assignment, paid or unpaid, shall not be requested directly from the trainers or staff by the students.
Payment for Services
The students are responsible for paying the bank charges for Bank Wire Transfer payments.
Our credit card border transactions could cost us up to 5% across the board, and PayPal transactions could carry a markup of up to 10% subject to exchange rates.

Prices, courses, and offers advertised here are at any time and without warning subject to change.
Although we make every effort to display the prices as accurately and current as possible, there may be errors through human error, equipment failure, or other reasons.
Group classes, private sessions, and customized training fees can also differ.
Change of Pricing Terms
ELC IELTS College is free to adjust prices for services, offers, and courses based on market demand, trainer availability, operating needs, or technology problems. Current students are exempt from such adjustment, however.
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
ELC IELTS College can cancel or reschedule a session at their discretion for convenience because of the unavailability of trainers or other unexpected reasons.
Students should notify their enrollment advisor at least 10 working days in writing before the date when their class was originally scheduled to be conducted.
Refunds or adjustments will be at our discretion if service delivery is unsatisfactory. Adjustment or refund can be by rescheduling, replacement of trainers, alternative mode of training, or modified course material.
Training fees do not include training or course material only.
Examination fees are not included in training fees.
Terms & Cancellation of Training
Variation (cashless only) is to be allowed in case of dissatisfaction with the service delivery by the students.
Request for variation to be made within two days of attending the course or at least 20% of course content before that, whichever is sooner.
Fees are less than training fees and exclude course materials, official e-kits, lab use, or exam fees.
Registration in any course with ELC IELTS College will entail an agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you have an issue, please contact our support staff.
